Purpose /Objectives:
الغرض / الأهداف:
The Hygiene Promotion team leader will be responsible to plan and organize community awareness on hygiene related issues, community mobilization and monitoring and reporting of all the HP activities concerning hygiene communities' awareness campaigns and sessions, beside identifying problems and reporting on WASH needs and concerns in the target areas.
سيكون قائد فريق تعزيز النظافة مسؤولاً عن تخطيط وتنظيم التوعية المجتمعية حول القضايا المتعلقة بالنظافة، وتعبئة المجتمع ومراقبة وإعداد التقارير عن جميع أنشطة تعزيز النظافة المتعلقة بحملات وجلسات التوعية المجتمعية بالنظافة، إلى جانب تحديد المشاكل وإعداد التقارير عن احتياجات ومخاوف المياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة في المناطق المستهدفة.
Responsibilities/duties:

1. Work towards the achievement of overall goals through effective supervision of hygiene promotion related activities and lateral relations and teamwork.

2. Plan, monitor and supervise the hygiene promoter and community hygiene volunteers' activities, to ensure the quality of implementation in coordination with the WASH AC
2. تخطيط ومراقبة والإشراف على أنشطة معزز النظافة ومتطوعي النظافة المجتمعية، لضمان جودة التنفيذ بالتنسيق مع منسق المياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة.
3. Support in distribution of hygiene kits and preparing the related reports
3. دعم توزيع مستلزمات النظافة وإعداد التقارير ذات الصلة.
4. Ensure appropriate community involvement and delivery of essential hygiene services and facilities.

5. Ensure proper coordination of HP sessions and other activities in coordination with WASH AC

6. Ensure the capacity building of hygiene promoters and community hygiene volunteers,

7. Monitor the hygiene promotion activities to ensure the quality of deliverable activities.

8. Coordinate with the support department to ensure the proper implementation of the HP sessions

9. Lead in preparing HP materials in coordination with WASH AC and WASH Expert

10. Ensure archiving of the the related HP documents

11. Prepare weekly/monthly reports of the HP activities

12. Collect lessons learnt from the HP sessions

13. Ensure that community/beneficiary feedback are collected and reported on regular basis;

14. Any other task not here listed and necessary to the project achievement in the sector and area of assignment.

Qualification/level requirements

Minimum requirements
الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات:
A minimum Bachelor's degree in social sciences or similar fields high desirable;
الحد الأدنى درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم الاجتماعية أو المجالات المماثلة مرغوب فيه بشدة؛
2 years of professional experience working in hygiene promotion;
سنتان من الخبرة المهنية في العمل في مجال تعزيز النظافة؛
Prior experience in working and/or coordinating with other NGOs;
خبرة سابقة في العمل و/أو التنسيق مع المنظمات غير الحكومية الأخرى؛
Strong diplomatic, interpersonal and communications skills;
مهارات دبلوماسية وشخصية واتصالية قوية؛
Training skills;
مهارات التدريب؛
Native Arabic speaker with good knowledge of English
متحدث باللغة العربية كلغة أم مع معرفة جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
