### أهداف المشروع:
### الغرض / الأهداف:
The Hygiene Promoter will be responsible to organize community awareness on hygiene related issues, community mobilization and monitoring and reporting of all the activities concerning hygiene communities’ awareness campaigns and sessions, beside identifying problems and reporting on WASH needs and concerns in the target areas.
سيكون مسؤول تعزيز النظافة مسؤولًا عن تنظيم الوعي المجتمعي حول قضايا النظافة، وتحفيز المجتمع، ومراقبة وتقرير جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بحملات وفعاليات الوعي المجتمعي بالنظافة، بالإضافة إلى تحديد المشكلات والإبلاغ عن احتياجات ومخاوف المياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة في المناطق المستهدفة.
### المسؤوليات / الواجبات:
1. Under the supervision of the Hygiene Promotion Team Leader deliver effective and appropriate Hygiene sensitization/awareness to help the IDP and host communities to mitigate health risks;
تحت إشراف قائد فريق تعزيز النظافة، قدم توعية فعالة وملائمة لتعزيز النظافة لمساعدة النازحين داخليًا والمجتمعات المضيفة على التقليل من المخاطر الصحية.
2. Carry out assessments, pre and post tests for the hygiene interventions in DTC, ORC, collective shelters and private accommodations, to assist the hygiene promotion team leader in the analysis of hygiene practices and the associated risks and opportunities in the targeted areas;
قم بإجراء تقييمات، واختبارات قبل وبعد للتدخلات الصحية في مراكز العلاج، ومراكز الإيواء، والملاجئ الجماعية، والإقامات الخاصة، لمساعدة قائد فريق تعزيز النظافة في تحليل الممارسات الصحية والمخاطر والفرص المرتبطة في المناطق المستهدفة.
3. Conduct awareness sessions to the targeted population on technical inputs and provide guidance on water, solid waste and sanitation facilities management, use and maintenance.
قم بإجراء جلسات توعية للسكان المستهدفين حول المدخلات الفنية وقدم إرشادات بشأن إدارة واستخدام وصيانة مرافق المياه والنفايات الصلبة والصرف الصحي.
4. Participate in active research of cholera cases.
شارك في البحث النشط عن حالات الكوليرا.
5. Participate in the distribution of Hygiene Kit and Cholera Emergency kit via the mobile Unit, and sensitize people on how to use Hygiene items.
شارك في توزيع حزمة النظافة وحزمة الطوارئ للكوليرا عبر الوحدة المتنقلة، وزوّد الناس بالتوعية حول كيفية استخدام مواد النظافة.
6. Monitor the clean-up activities in the targeted areas.
راقب أنشطة التنظيف في المناطق المستهدفة.
7. Conduct sessions to water vendors or those responsible for trucking, selling, and monitoring water collection on cholera prevention messages, the importance of safe water handling, and the purpose of chlorination.
قم بإجراء جلسات للبائعين المائيين أو المسؤولين عن نقل وبيع ومراقبة جمع المياه حول رسائل الوقاية من الكوليرا، وأهمية التعامل الآمن مع المياه، والغرض من الكلور.
8. Coordinate with the logistics, on HP equipment and material, and ensure reconciliation to be done after every distribution.
نسق مع قسم اللوجستيات بشأن معدات ومواد تعزيز النظافة، وتأكد من إجراء التسوية بعد كل توزيع.
9. Ensure that community/beneficiary feedback are collected and reported on regular basis;
تأكد من جمع وتقديم ملاحظات المجتمع / المستفيدين بشكل منتظم.
10. Any other task not here listed and necessary to the projects achievement in the sector and area of assignment.

Very good knowledge of INTERSOS project, abiding by INTERSOS internal rules and guidelines and respect INTERSOS Charter of Value and Code of Ethics.

**Minimum requirements**

A minimum Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or similar fields high desirable;

2 years of professional experience working in hygiene promotion;
سنتان من الخبرة المهنية في تعزيز النظافة.
Prior experience in training facilitation.
خبرة سابقة في تسهيل التدريب.
Strong diplomatic, interpersonal and communications skills;
مهارات دبلوماسية وشخصية وتواصل قوية.
Native Arabic speaker with good knowledge of English.
متحدث باللغة العربية بطلاقة مع معرفة جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
